Do you service all brands of equipment?
-Yes, We service all brands of furnaces and air conditioners.

How much do your service calls cost?
-Our Diagnostic charge is $69 Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M
-After hours diagnostic charge $109
-If you live in Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, Nephi or Mona there is an additional $25 charge.

If I already know the problem, is there still a diagnostic charge?
-Yes, for warranty and liability purposes we need to make sure that it is the correct problem.

Does the diagnostic charge go toward the repair?
-No, it is used to pay our technician to come out and diagnose the correct problem.

Do we install swamp coolers?
-No, we install central air conditioning.

How often are you supposed to change you furnace filters?
-Depending on the type of filter you buy, a 1” filter should last between 30 and 90 days.
-A 5” filter should last between 6 months and a year.

How often should you change your humidifier pad?
-Humidifier pads should be changed every 1-3 years depending on how hard your water is.

Can I buy parts for my furnace or air conditioner and install them myself?
-Yes, depending on which part you need. Some parts are too complicated and we can’t sell them.
