Two days later Brady & Franco removed our old furnaces, installed 2 new furnaces & had heat back on that same day. When they returned the next day they installed 2 humidifiers and 1 AC unit. Warm and Safe! We had a scary issue with our furnace at a home we rented for a while. We insisted that it was not working and that the owners come out and fix it. The owners sent out another company they had a cheap installment agreement with, who said it was just fine . . . We decided to get our own person to come out. We had a great technician from Absolute Air come out and easily show us that not only was the furnace extremely old and had never had a tune up, but that there were huge cracks in the heat exchange and had been leaking gas into the home! The owners did not like the news of this diagnosis- and the old company finally admitted to the dangerous state of the furnace and that they would do the repairs. Even though Absolute Air did not get the job in fixing the furnace because of our home owners agreement, they were helpful and caring through the whole process anyways. They even provided us with space heaters for our home while we waited and waited without heat for the other company to finally get back to us! Now that we own our own home- we are happy to have a maintenance agreement with them! We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great company made up of good honest people! — Springville

The air conditioner has worked great and the only problem we ever had was fixed by Absolute . . . over the phone at no cost to us. These guys were great. I had a furnace tune-up for $89. THe first one in 10 years, since I bought the house. The tech was very polite, clean cut, and knew what he was doing. He was even early to our appointment. He spent over an hour and a half cleaning and adjusting my furnace. He removed the entire blower motor and cleaned it out on my porch. He pretty much disassembled the guts of the entire furnace and cleaned it. While the motor was removed he crawled into the bottom of the furnace (laying on his back) with a mirror and flashlight to inspect the flame manifolds to make sure that there were no dangerous cracks that would leak carbon monoxide into my home. I'll bet he spent 10 minutes in that uncomfortable position being very thorough. He answered all my questions. In fact, I had one question and because I did not have the owners manual he said that he would have to call the mfr (Bryant) and get back to me. Next day they called me with the info I needed. This is a long post but I was so impressed I really want to let people know. One of my peaves is that so many times when you have something (anything, car, appliance, whatever) "checked out" you end up with a laundry list of things that they "find" wrong. We've all experienced that. While I am absolutely (no pun intended) confident that if there had been something wrong, the tech would have caught it, there was no pressure from him to do "this" or "that" to try to make more money. He came in, did his job, had a couple of recomendations that I could do myself and that was it, he was out the door. I can't see how they made very much money on my service call but they certainly have made a customer out of me!! Thanks guys!! — Greg - Eagle Mountain
