These guys were great. I had a furnace tune-up for $89. The first one in 10 years, since I bought the house. The tech was very polite, clean cut, and knew what he was doing. He was even early to our appointment. He spent over an hour and a half cleaning and adjusting my furnace. He removed the entire blower motor and cleaned it out on my porch. He pretty much disassembled the guts of the entire furnace and cleaned it. While the motor was removed he crawled into the bottom of the furnace (laying on his back) with a mirror and flashlight to inspect the flame manifolds to make sure that there were no dangerous cracks that would leak carbon monoxide into my home. I'll bet he spent 10 minutes in that uncomfortable position being very thorough. He answered all my questions. In fact, I had one question and because I did not have the owners manual he said that he would have to call the mfr (Bryant) and get back to me. Next day they called me with the info I needed. This is a long post but I was so impressed I really want to let people know. One of my peaves is that so many times when you have something (anything, car, appliance, whatever) "checked out" you end up with a laundry list of things that they "find" wrong. We've all experienced that. While I am absolutely (no pun intended) confident that if there had been something wrong, the tech would have caught it, there was no pressure from him to do "this" or "that" to try to make more money. He came in, did his job, had a couple of recomendations that I could do myself and that was it, he was out the door. I can't see how they made very much money on my service call but they certainly have made a customer out of me!! Thanks guys!! — Greg - Eagle Mountain

Our AC broke down during the first heat wave of the summer. Although they were very busy, they were able to come out the next day. The serviceman was knowledgeable and friendly and the cost was reasonable. Thank You Absolute Air!! — Erica Barbosa - Springville
